About Me

Tess is a certified yoga therapist working at the intersection of ancient yogic wisdom and modern mental health research. After years of personal healing from anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, she now helps others reconnect with themselves through trauma-informed, body-based practices. Her work bridges study and experience from India and Canada, offering compassionate support for those walking their own path of healing.
