A personal path to healing

Yoga Therapy offers a gentle, clinically informed approach to holistic healing. Through a blend of movement, breathwork, philosophy, mindfulness, and meditation, it supports both body and mind for those living with conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, women’s health concerns, and more.

Each session is fully tailored to your unique needs, meeting you exactly where you are with compassion and care. My approach integrates modern clinical understanding with the depth of yogic tradition to help you move toward greater ease, resilience, and self-awareness.

No prior yoga experience is required, only an openness to reconnect with yourself. If you are ready to begin your healing journey, I’d love to support you.

Sound Baths

Sound baths can be done on request as a home visit. Monday classes sometimes contain a sound integrated throughout the class!

About me

Hi I am Tess, a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) working at the intersection of ancient yogic wisdom and modern mental health research. After years of personal healing from anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, I now support others in reconnecting with themselves through trauma-informed, body-based practices. My work bridges study and experience from India, London and Canada, offering compassionate support for those walking their own path of healing.
